Senior Artist Role

Senior Artists continue building and serving their own clientele while becoming an integral part of the VŌS Growth Program.

Their role within VŌS is to:

  • Represent the professional standards and culture of the VŌS platform.
  • Serve as the senior point of reference for emerging artists through mentorship, professional guidance, and real-world support.
  • Support the continued growth of emerging talent through leadership, collaboration, and daily example.
  • Reinforce VŌS service standards, professionalism, and client experience.
  • Strengthen the credibility and reputation of the VŌS platform through their experience, professionalism, and industry presence.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, growth-focused environment that supports the long-term success of the VŌS community.

Work Structure

  • Independent Contractor (1099)
  • Full-time or Part-time participation based on mutual scheduling and operational needs

Standard Participation

Every participating Senior Artist contributes toward the operational costs directly associated with servicing their own clientele, including:

  • Barback support
  • Professional product usage

Optional Growth Services

Additional growth services may be available to participating Senior Artists as the VŌS platform continues to evolve.
